Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of the entire appointment.

To limit the spread of transmittable illnesses/diseases, we ask that you do not come into the clinic if you have any cold or flu symptoms. In the event that you need to cancel due to suspected or confirmed illness, you will not be charged a cancellation fee. Please notify us that this is the case as soon as possible so we can cancel any upcoming appointments.
